I specialize in full-cycle recruitment, talent mapping, and candidate experience management, hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. Having worked in start-ups and small companies, I’ve built recruitment processes from the ground up, strengthened employer branding, and designed hiring practices that reflect company culture while supporting growth.
