What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management
  • Proven track record in FMCG (non-food) sales
  • A true sales hunter with demonstrated success in business development or market expansion
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel and a strong service-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Fluent in Polish and English

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business—generate leads, pursue prospects, and build long-term client partnerships
  • Set ambitious sales targets, analyze performance data, and forecast growth to support company objectives
  • Represent the company confidently in Poland, demonstrating a deep understanding of products and services
  • Research market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and position solutions effectively
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and strengthen market presence
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through focus and execution
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes related to sales and client accounts
