Company Description

Our client, a global leader in motion systems and electro-mechanical components, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers while driving strategic growth initiatives.

Location & Employment Type

  • Location: Stuttgart (on-site)
  • Required Experience: 5+ years
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What you bring

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 suppliers preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
  • Strategic mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring seamless communication across internal teams (Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, etc.)
  • Lead negotiations on yearly volumes, pricing, and contractual terms
  • Identify new opportunities within the automotive sector and expand business with current customers
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
