Company Description
Our client, a global leader in motion systems and electro-mechanical components, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers while driving strategic growth initiatives.

- Required Experience: 5+ years
- Employment Type: Full-time
What you bring
- 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 suppliers preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
- Strategic mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
- Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring seamless communication across internal teams (Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, etc.)
- Lead negotiations on yearly volumes, pricing, and contractual terms
- Identify new opportunities within the automotive sector and expand business with current customers
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
